I was having tech problems with my Microsoft Outlook. The tech resolved the problem. He also made sure that the default browser was correct.
I dealt with two different DivergeIT consultants, neither of whom knew how to deal with what should have been a quick and easy fix in removing text box coding in a Word document that I had converted from pdf. They wasted my time by clicking through lots of options and then giving up and escalating to MSK IT. After they hung up with me, I figured out a simple workaround that any experienced Help Desk consultant should have come up with immediately. Also, one of the consultants had a faulty microphone and was mostly impossible to understand, AND he didn't know how to use MSK's or DiverveIT's tools for sharing my screen, The second consultant was easy to hear and understand and had no issue with using our screen sharing tools.
